This piece is about a woman who is willing to show who she really is. She does not censure the outward expression of her inner self. She doesn’t try to fit into a societal norm of how a woman should look and dress. I see my inner self as a woman like her, but I am not brave enough to let my true self be seen on the outside. I have always tried to fit in.
